Peter left Turner Construction in 1986 to start
his own building company in the suburbs surrounding the Boston
area. It was at this time that The Eligius Homes Company was founded
in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Peter resided in Concord and began
building high-end custom homes for some of Concord's most prominent
residents. Eligius Homes also founded several neighborhood communities
